Update: Outer Planet is reopening October 1st and transitioning ownership
Following our previous announcement of the permanent closure of Outer Planet, we found a last minute buyer for the brewery. On September 24th, we entered an agreement to sell Outer Planet Brewing!
We are planning to reopen on Wednesday, October 1st, and will be working to transition ownership during the month of October. We are excited about the opportunity to pass the torch for Outer Planet to live on, and are grateful for the future owner to enter this new chapter of our beloved brewery.
More information to follow in the coming weeks, in the meantime we're looking forward to welcoming you back to the space!

Outer Planet started in 2014, when avid homebrewers decided to take the next step and open a brewery. We brew small batch craft beers and serve them in our space inspired taproom in the heart of Capitol Hill. We are open 7 days a week, and we are family and dog friendly. Indoor and outdoor (covered and heated) seating is available.
We have light snacks available, and you are welcome to bring your own food or order delivery to the taproom.
We regularly partner with local food pop-ups and Morfire Restaurant next door.
